What is Child Sponsorship?
By sponsoring a child you are helping to educate the children of Buliisa in our own school, with carefully chosen teachers and support staff.
Your sponsorship helps to pay staffing costs and provide the child with the uniform and materials needed for school. Each child receives porridge for morning break, a cooked lunch and basic medical assistance. Our older students are accommodated in boarding facilities. Along with our social support systems and spiritual discipleship, we aim to deliver a holistic program that nurtures the growth and development of each child.
A small percentage of sponsorship money is used to support wider community education-related needs.
You can fully sponsor a child for AUD $90 per month, or share sponsorship for AUD $45 per month.
Amari partners with Australia Hope International (AHI), which means sponsorship is tax deductible for Australians.
